      How to create a group in KeyHub

      With Topicus KeyHub access rights are distributed via groups.

      A detailed discription about groups can be found in the manual (chapter 4).

      How to create a group

      Step 1: Select "GROUPS" in the administration menu.

      Step 2: Click "ADD" in the right top corner.

      Step 3: Fill in the desired group name. Select the initial group manager. Click "SAVE".

      create group003NOTE: It is advised to add at least one more manager after creating a group.

       

      Step 4: You can now use your newly made group. Done.
